Make sure you initially added enough ACTIVATE. (The consistency should be thin, like melted ice cream.)You can use a warm, wet towel and place on the face to loosen the LIFT masque. You can also use a facesteamer or flush with warm water.

Apply a light film over the entire face and neck, using upward brush strokes. Allow to dry and tighten for 60 minutes then remove by flooding with water.
