What is the best way to take all of the supplements during my detox?

Do I really need to take all of the outlined supplements?

Yes!  This program is designed to give you a complete, WHOLE body cleanse. This requires the intake of ALL of the supplements. Our formulas work synergistically with each other to add support to one other. ( If you are under 100 pds, take half the supplements.)

Do I take one Detox supplement in the morning, or two?

You should take two Detox supplements in the morning, and two in the evening.

Absolutely not.  Besides making you feel unwell, spacing out the supplements will allow you to have a more enjoyable detoxing experience.

Can I just do three days of detox?

No. The M’lis Detoxification system was designed as it is so that the user may achieve the greatest benefit.  There are two prep days before the liquid cleanse to help prep the body and two subsequent days following the liquid days to ease the body back into whole foods. (If addicted to nicotine or caffeine, do more than two days prep.)

Can I drink more than two bottles of lemon mixture?

Yes. There are many benefits of detoxing but none of them involve starving yourself to death!  If you find that you feel faint, or painfully hungry, your body may be requiring more calories (this is especially true if you are participating in rigorous exercises).

What can I eat on the prep days?

Fruits (unless you are on a Candida Program) and vegetables, fish (we recommend salmon and halibut), and whole grains (unless you are on a gluten free program).

Can you have fish on prep days?

Yes. Fish is much easier to digest than other proteins.  We recommend eating halibut and salmon. All other meats should be avoided.

Can I cleanse and not stop eating during my prep days and succeeding days?

Taking the supplements and eating real, whole food is better than nothing, but you won’t get the same cleanse. The body is using its energy to cleanse instead of using the energy for digestion.

Do I have to drink the lemon mixture?

Using lemon mixture gives you an astringent factor, along with a controllable caloric value as the maple syrup adds calories and minerals.  This mixture also helps to regulate blood sugar levels.
